Also try the granola bars or if you are handing out chocolate, aim for a minimum of 65%.  It&#039;s all about balance and moderation, right...</description>

		<description>Rachel, many years ago I did a bungee jump (!).  After signing forms that said I would not  sue them if I died, I walked to the bungee platform and they looked me up and down and then, in order to decided what strength of bungee rope to use,put me on a scale and shouted out my weight to be written down on the forms.  Well, I immediately went nuts and begged them not to shout out my weight.  I realised that for me this was far more horrifying than the prospect of jumping 500 ft off a platform over a river! So no, public weigh-ins are not something I would do, but now I am more able to laugh about it and about my increasing girth!</description>
