Asparagus Salad

1 teaspoon chopped fresh tarragon

½ cup finely chopped tomatoes

1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil

1 clove garlic, minced

2 tablespoons white wine vinegar

Lettuce Leaves

1 bag of frozen white or green asparagus spears, defrosted

In small bowl, combine all ingredients except lettuce leaves and asparagus spears.

Place lettuce leaves on individual serving plates.  Arrange 4-6 asparagus spears on the leaves.  Spoon vinaigrette over the asparagus.
