Breakfast Sandwich

½ cup low fat cottage cheese

2 slices multigrain bread*

dash cinnamon

Spread cottage cheese onto slices of bread.  Sprinkle with cinnamon.  Broil until bubbly, 2-3 minutes.

Serves:1

*Alternative: GF and WF if substitute gluten free bread for multigrain bread
