Marinated Grilled Filet Mignon Steak

4 individual 6 oz. filet steaks

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tsp. Hawaiian red sea salt (available at Trader Joe’s)

Rub olive oil and sea salt liberally on both sides of the filets.  Allow to marinate to at least 20 minutes at room temperature.  Preheat grill to very high heat.  Place filets on grill for 2 minutes per side and then an additional 4-6 minutes, depending on thickness and how you wish it to be cooked.  Remove from grill and wrap in aluminum foil.  Allow to rest for 20 minutes.
