Parmesan Chicken

1 pound thinly sliced chicken cutlets

1 egg or egg white mixed with 1 tsp water and slightly beaten

½ cup parmesan cheese

canola oil or olive oil cooking spray

Dip chicken in egg mixture and then in parmesan cheese.  Place in baking pan.  Spray top lightly with cooking oil.  Bake 350 oven for 20 minutes, or until brown and crispy.
