Quick Sorbet

1-2 Tbsp. apple or white grape juice

1 ½ cups frozen fruit chunks: peaches, nectarines, berries, or other fruits of your choice

1 Tbsp. canola oil

In a blender, combine the juice, oil and frozen fruit, 2 or 3 chunks at a time, and process until smooth.
