Tomato and Mozzarella Salad

2 medium ripe tomatoes, slices

4 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced

¼ cup fresh basil leaves

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

1 teaspoon cracked black pepper

Arrange tomatoes, mozzarella and basil in a rotating pattern on a large serving plate.

Combine the oil and vinegar and drizzle over the salad.  Sprinkle with pepper.
