Zucchini Pasta with Marinara Sauce

4 Medium Zucchinis, shredded*

2 ½ cups, Fresh Marinara or Tomato Sauce

Steam the zucchini over boiling water for 1 minute, or until heated through.  While the water is heating, heat the sauce for 4 minutes, or until the sauce is heated through.  Place the zucchini on a plate and top with the sauce.

Serves: 4

*Alternative: you also can serve the squash raw instead of steamed.
