3-month and 6-month programs:
Rachel’s 3-month and 6-month programs are designed to inspire, motivate and support you along your path to a healthier lifestyle and can be done in-person or over the telephone. Live in NYC?  Rachel’s services are now available at Yelo Spa as well as her office in Westchester County, NY. Don’t live locally?  No problem!  Rachel offers her counseling services via telephone or skype.


Your 3-month or 6-month program includes:
• Two 50-minute sessions per month (in-person or over the phone*)
• E-mail support between sessions
• A variety of books, CDs, handouts, food samples, recipes and/or other materials
• Monthly special events including teleclasses, group workshops or seminars related to health and wellness
• Brand recommendations
• Bi-weekly newsletter
